Our GREAT TASTE award winning Green Kimchi, embraces the abundance of courgettes, created in 2021 as a response to the bounty and overwhelm of courgettes that would arrive at the Fermentary door. We latterly discovered that milder kimchi without the red chilli, is known as 'white' kimchi in Korea.
Created on request from our kids to ‘make Sprite please’. A new twist on traditional lemonade, with a hint of ginger and a sweet apple juice base.
